Join the H2E Endorsers program by reading and agreeing to the Endorser Pledge and submitting the information requested below. After joining, H2E will send you a "Welcome Packet" of information and any additional materials you may need. Please contact us if you are having problems joining online, or if you are interested in becoming an Endorser but would like more information first.

Please note: The Endorser Registration form is currently under construction. To register as an H2E Endorser, please send an email to the H2E Endorser Coordinator with the following:

• Your company name and "Endorser Registration" in the subject line of the email (ex: XYZ Corporation - Endorser Registration)
• The website url to which you would like your listing to link (If your website contains information on multiple topics, you may wish to link directly to the area that covers a specific healthcare product or service, rather than to the general home page)
• Company name, address, phone and fax numbers
• The name, email address, and phone number of a contact person. This person will be the primary contact person for H2E communications

The H2E Endorser Pledge

As an H2E Endorser, our organization endorses and is committed to H2E’s goals: to virtually eliminate mercury from health care facilities, to reduce the total waste generated in the health care sector and to minimize the use of hazardous chemicals and persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic pollutants (PBTs).

We pledge to support efforts to help improve environmental performance in the healthcare sector through educational and technical assistance, where appropriate, to our affiliated organizations. Further, we pledge to assess our own internal waste management and environmental programs, and, wherever possible, to take action to achieve environmental improvements. We affirm that we have not been found in violation of federal, state or local environmental laws or regulations in the past five years.

If our company manufactures or sells products, we pledge that these products do not contain mercury, PBTs or highly hazardous chemicals. Further we pledge that the manufacture and disposal of these products does not generate PBTs. We pledge to continually work to reduce the environmental impacts of the products we supply to the healthcare sector, and to provide products and services that help health care facilities reduce the environmental impacts of their operations.
